Positive Pay for checks with Bank of America
WHAT HAVE WE COMPLETED
- We have completed the process to add the Payment Menu and setup our eight accounts that we generate checks from.
- We can manually create the file using NetSuite tools and file template to create the proper file format for Bank of America and then placing all of these files in a proper folder.
We are now working on the last two major steps to executing the Positive Pay:
- Ability to provide Bank of America with access to our system and provide the folder location in the cabinet to access the check files
- We are still unsure how to automate the process of generating a output file for Bank of America.
