An Implementation partner won't respond to my requests about their locked scripts. What can I do?
I joined this company a few months back and there are a number of things wrong with the implementation done on their NetSuite. But at the moment my main concern is that there are 8/10 CS script spots being hogged by locked scripts of the company that did the implementation.
There is no documentation on them, not even a description and we have complaints about customers receiving emails from these scripts that I don't think I have any way of stopping.
The scripts are locked so I can't edit them or even view their contents and whilst I've reached out to the company several times they appear to be refusing to respond. I was told they did a bad job and that the company is on bad terms with them, so I can't say I'm surprised.
