Question about PO Approvals with multiple netsuite accounts
Hi Team,
Hope everybody is having a good end of year.
I have a PO in the approval process(PO123456789).
Because of the price of the PO,there is a need for our partner company to approve.Traditionally, a person(internally from our company) would get approval from our partner company then he would sign off on the approval.
In this PO(PO123456789),the 4th approver is an account named "our partner company" however I see the email address for the user is a "person internally from our company"(As I would expect).
The question is:what does the person internally from our company need to do to approve a PO as the "partner" account?He says this PO is currently stuck because he cannot approve the partner company approval line.
