Permission updates in NS in Q4 2024

We are performing an audit of permissions assigned to roles and noticed the following permissions were assigned to our admin role in Q4 of 2024. These permissions were not assigned to the admin role prior to Q4, so unsure what caused them to be assigned. Would you be able to point to where I could find info on updates/releases that would have added these permissions?
