Balance Sheet and Trial Balance off between users/roles

Hello,

We discovered that between myself (controller) and my co-worker (accountant) there is a difference of 988.06 on retained earnings. Upon further inspection - I've narrowed it down to a few credit card transactions from 2023 that don't seem to be posting to her records.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I also find it really irritating that I have to post in a forum to get this fixed. Apparently, I don't have phone support as part of my subscription despite paying over $1,000/month for software that has a pretty severe functional issue.
