Customer Pricings Broken / Phantom / Duplicate

Hi all,

I have submitted this as a support case #6159599 as that seems appropriate and will update here with any answers.

A number items with custom prices on customer records have broken and aren't being applied to orders, I don't yet know the extent as I haven't been able to think of a way to search for the damages.

We have been doing CSV uploads to customer pricing, but not with any of the items that have been affected. So, as of yet, I don't know what caused this issue either.

On the customer records are items like 75OHGPK and 75OHGPK-C which are Kit items (I haven't found any other items types affected). These items have custom pricing but when creating a Sales Order for the customer and the item, the custom pricing is not applied anymore, this is in production and has been working for a long time.
