Supply Allocation - Allocate after transaction entry
Hi,
I have enabled supply allocations and I am testing work order reallocations using the Supply Required By Date as my allocation demand transaction sorting option. When I create a work order and populate the supply required by date (header and line level), inventory is committed correctly. If I create a second work order, with an earlier supply required by date than my first work order, the system does not reallocate the component inventory to my second work order.
I have Perform Supply Allocation After Transaction Entry, Update or Delete set to true, so I would expect the inventory to be reallocated on save. The inventory is only reallocated after an allocation schedule runs.
