Multiple (sometimes simulteneous) invoices per single sales order

Really really need your help. I have a service sales order and I need to be able to issue multiple invoices which sometimes happen simulteneously ( e.g. i issued 1st invoice for a prepayment , and now need to issue second while the first one is not paid yet as customer has 90 days of credit), BUT there is no such option…

Please, help a newcomer
