In NetSuite Project Management, assigning the right resources to each task is crucial. However, the default project settings limit visibility and flexibility, allowing only resources explicitly listed in the Resources subtab to be assigned to tasks. This can be an issue when users or Project Managers need to assign a resource to a project without initially setting their hours, like when they want the resource ready for tasks but not fully booked in advance.
