SuiteCommerce Advanced - DNS Verification issue

Hi Everyone,

I have set up SuiteCommerce Advanced and created a domain within NetSuite, selecting the Webstore Only domain type. For the SSL certificate, I chose "Use SSL Certificate to Secure Domain" with the type set to "Automatic."

However, it has been over a month, and the Deployment Status remains "Waiting for DNS Configuration." Additionally, I am seeing the following status messages:

  • DNS Status: "Your DNS record is configured incorrectly."
  • DNS Verification Status: "Your DNS record is configured incorrectly."
  • Certificate Status: "Your certificate is valid."

Domain Setup Details:

  • Domain Name: nivinesscafun2.nstraning3.com
  • CNAME Records:
    • nivinesscafun2.nstraning3.com.hosting.netsuite.com
