Copy to Account & Electronic Bank Payments

Hello,

I'm transferring custom record and Saved CSV Import Templates from SB to PROD account and tried using Copy to Account. I keep getting this same error whatever I'm trying to do:

"Unable to copy object. Object custimport_xxxx being copied is dependent on object customrecord_2663_entity_bank_details that uses translations, which is functionality that is not supported by the Copy to Account feature. Remove the translations and then try to copy again."

I have tried with custom record already to:

  • change all custom field types from list/record to free form text (this way there is no links to other record e.g. vendor entity record) > this did not help
