SuiteApproval: Taiwan Sales Order approved, but still status Pending Approval
Sales Orders created in our Taiwanese subsidiary get stuck on status Pending Approval, where in the SuiteApproval Approval history you can see that the SO has been approved.
We did a lot of testing, changing the rule to be as simple as : this role can approve.
Then we realized it has something to do with the tax rate. As soon as the tax rate is 0% it works. As soon as we use a tax code with 5% rate it does not work.
We changed the standard code from 5% to 0% and then it works. We changed the standard code from 0% to 1% and then it stops working.
