How to Uninstall SCIS Configuration

While trying to clean up our bundles I went to uninstall SCIS Configuration but it is only giving me the option to update. I know with most of the other bundles I had to make sure all scripts were not deployed before they would uninstall successfully but they always had an uninstall option. It is not managed not that it matters because I have uninstalled many managed ones. How do I get the bundle 179489 SCIS Configuration uninstalled?
