Credit Card Processing Check Box issue

Hello! We have been in Netsuite for almost 3 years. We use NS to enter and process credit card payments with Cybersource. However, as of a month or so ago- the "charge CC" box is no longer defaulting as checked so it's not ACTUALLY processing the card. This has never been an issue until recently and I cannot figure out how to get that box to default as checked again so we don't keep having this issue.
