Deleting Subsidiary

Hi,

Trying to delete a subsidiary as it was a dummy entity, when i try to delete it , it is showing me two dependent records :-

a) It is the subsidiary on an entity.

b) It is the representative subsidiary on an entity.

How do i proceed, is it related to the auto generated representative customers and vendors ? How do i delete it ?

Please guide me.
