KPI Scorecard Glitch
I have a sales-related scorecard (it's the standard NetSuite "Sales" scorecard) added to a dashboard, and initially, everything appears fine. The dashboard with the scorecard is one of the center tabs. If I navigate to a customer dashboard, then go back to the center tab dashboard with the KPI scorecard and refresh the scorecard, the scorecard KPIs now only reflect values pertaining to the customer (instead of showing total sales, it shows only sales for the customer). Is this as intended, or is this a bug?
