Estou tentando emitir uma nota complementar à uma venda com consumidor final, mas sempre dá o erro 696 na SEFAZ -

A requisição para o web service da autoridade fiscal foi bem-sucedida, mas o documento eletrônico foi rejeitado pela autoridade fiscal. Leia a resposta da autoridade fiscal: 696 - Rejeicao: Operacao com nao contribuinte deve indicar operacao com consumidor final.
