Subscription email notifications to customers-30 days in advance
Hello, we are new to subscriptions within NetSuite. We have it set where the annual renewal begins 30 days prior, so it puts the renewal subscription in a "draft" status. At this time, we would like for the system to send an email notification to our customer letting them know that their subscription will automatically renew in 30 days (we can customize the text). Can you please tell me if this is natively possible or is there an option with a workflow/script? Thank you.
