Customer Portal User Unable to Receive Forgot Password Email
I am doing initial setup for the Customer Portal in our environment. I've setup a test customer with my own Gmail address, given access, manually assigned a password and checked the box to send the access email.
NetSuite did notify me when saving the Customer record that the email did already have access and did I want to continue. This could be because I have used it in the past for testing under a different account (I've been consulting/administrating NetSuite for 13 years). I went ahead and clicked OK.
I received the notification email that I have been granted access, however when I try to login, the password I manually assigned does not work. Alright, so I click that Forgot Password link and it says an email has been sent with instructions.
