Saved Search - Show Qty Changes To Work Order

I have tried a hundred different ways to create a search that will show any changes to the quantity field (system notes) in a Work Order. Any guidance would be MOST appreciated!

This pulls the data - but I have not figured out how to filter out everything except the quantity…. I do not want any other fields. None of the filters I have tried work.
