Netsuite Dropsdowns Not Working

I'm running into an issue with any financial reports we run where our team is unable to select "class" "customer" "department" or "item". When we click on this field it just does not drop down nor load anything. It just happened today which is odd.

Our team has tried to use a different browser, restart our devices, log out and back in, but still no luck.

We've tried this on google chrome as well as microsoft edge. Any suggestions?
