How I can stop the GL Posting till Credit Memo gets approved

Hi,

I have a situation where I would like to create an approval process for a credit memo. On creation, the Credit Momo transactions should be GL Non-Posting Transactions like sales order or RMA, and On Approval, it should become the GL Posting Transaction.

How can I achieve this, or is there any workaround?
