Question on items returned on the Customer 360 subtab on the customer record
Hello community! Need some help please.
When I'm on the customer record, when I click on the Customer360 sub-tab and then click on the Items Returned - the information is only returning ONE of our warehouse locations, not all of our locations (I was able to determine this because the quantity that is highlighted consists of two separate RMAs that were created - one for 100 pcs & one for 48 pcs total 148 pcs in 1 warehouse location but there is another RMA for 17 pcs in another warehouse location).
How do I fix this to have the data returned for ALL of our warehouse locations?
