Print Label in SCM Mobile - App is not working

Hi All,

We have a problem, why print label in scm mobile apps is not working.

Below is the attached when we have custom print in pack from sales order configuration but when try in scm mobile - app is not working, cannot be clicked.

we have follow the steps guide from suiteanswer and oracle guide
