WMS Pick/Pack
In WMS a wave is created from a sales order. The wave is picked - 87 of 90 lines. In the outbound manager the marked open picked as done is completed.
The was picked 4 days ago with no failed lines. The status is listed as IN PROGRESS still and will not create item fullfilments so the wave can be packed or populate under the packing menu. This is a regular problem. I have been with tech support for hours and they are very little help. One issue I came across was some of the items picked and put in the R-SB (outbound stagging bin) had a negative quantity. Don't have any idea how that happened.
