Customer Returns, Undeliverable returns, how to write off as expense?

We ship rolled paper material in long cardboard tubes. Sometimes the packages are lost in transit, customer returned, or are returned because they are undeliverable. In almost all instances, the boxes and the contents inside are ruined during transit. We are unable to resell those products.

All we can do is write off them off as an expense.

Where in NetSuite can I keep one source of truth for customer returns, undeliverable returns, and writing them off?
