Tax Rounding for Legacy Tax

Hi

I am trying to find the preference for tax precision rounding referenced in the NetSuite help guide:

The account is using Advanced/Legacy Tax and not SuiteTax

The Set Up Taxes Page does not have any field to set the rounding
