Subsidiary P&L Not Reflecting Any Data

We have a subsidiary setup, which I can see in the drop down of the Income Statement but when I run the report there isn't any data returned. I know that I have one customer under that subsidiary. Any ideas why it wouldn't be showing? Maybe I need to change a setting or permission?
