Group and count customers with two classes
Oh boy. Let me see if I can explain what we want to accomplish. The goal is a save search to provide me the following:
1- Total customers that we shipped by month.
2- If the customer shipped item containing 2 different classes to count them.
I build a save a transaction search and here are my criteria tab.
and here the results tab:
When running the save search this is how is showing the data.
I marked that line to show explain what I need.
The blue mark represents the customer that contain 2 or more classes. So, i want in the results to show 1, if I have another customer with the same situation, the results will show 2, only keep counting if the customer containing 2 or more classes.
