Rebate and Trade Promotions SuiteApp - Accrual Generation

I am implementing the Rebate and Promotions SuiteApp, I can setup a rebate and get it to automatically generate the Rebate Transaction with correct rebate value determined by the Rebate Agreement however I cannot get the Suite App to generate any accurals so I am unable to settle an Rebate via a customer credit. The help indicates that the Accural should be generated when the Rebate Transaction is created but this is not occouring
