Transaction Saved Search - Monitor PO's Not Yet Shipped But Due Soon

My user would like to track POs that have not yet shipped but have an expected delivery date / due date within 7 days.

However, they want to exclude anything that is on an Inbound Shipment.

What would be the best approach?
