Major restructuring of our NetSuite subsidiary hierarchy
Hi everyone,
My team is planning a major restructuring of our NetSuite subsidiary hierarchy. We need to implement significant changes, including renaming an existing ultimate parent subsidiary, creating new holding companies, and moving ultimate parent to under this holding companies and also move out subsidiaries under existing Parent to a new parent under the new structure. This will involve closing out some entities and opening new ones.
We are looking for guidance on best practices for this type of project. Specifically, we have two main areas of concern:
1. Implementation Best Practices:
- What is the recommended order of operations for making these changes in NetSuite?
