Saved Searches - Public/Private & Scheduling
A person on my team ("Jane") was made the owner of a saved search by our manager ("Bob") so she could manage the export scheduling on her own. The saved search is private, and Jane does not have the Scheduling functionality available to her. Bob has an Administrator role and Jane has a 'Custom Support Person' role. I also have an Admin role but cannot see the saved search when I look because it is private. We need help to both set the search to public AND to determine how to allow Jane to manage the export scheduling.
