Suite Projects with Multicurrency / Multicurrency Projects

We are currently using OneWorld with two books. Is there a way to have Project(s) with two currencies: USD and Euro? The issue we are facing is during a vendor bill if the bill is in Euro and wanted to convert into USD based on a project this does not work. The same thing from USD to Euro. If a Project is in Euro and Bill is Euro this works amazing. Is there a fix or any ways around this? Any help and guidance will be greatly appreciated.
