EFT Bundle Overriding the Customer Refund and Bill Payment Memo

Hello Gurus,
We went live with EFT Payment (Bundle # 533070) to make Vendor Bill and Customer Refund & we noticed that the memo from bill and credit memo are not storing in Bill Payment and Customer Refund Memo. Prior to EFT Bundle it used to store the same memo value.

Is there any solution?
