Picking Ticket Not Matching Original Sales Order

We are having issues where the picking ticket is not listing all of the items that need to be picked from the original sales order. Our company just implemented our first SCIS store front location yesterday & this is when we just started to noticed the picking ticket issues.


Could the picking ticket issues have something to do with us implementing our store front SCIS configurations, items being in different locations? Anyone experience something similar to this?
