I am trying to use the Specialized Role: WMS on a mobile device without any success

I would like to use the Specialized Role: WMS on a mobile device. Allocated the Specialized Role: WMS to a user but it will not appear as an option on a mobile device. If I use this role on a laptop I can access the Mobile app? If anyone has a solution to this I would be happy to hear.
