The following Bin numbers are not available.

Never seen this error before. Trying to do an Item Fulfillment and everything appears correct, the Inventory Detail even has the bin selected automatically cause it knows where the inventory aught to be coming from.

But then I save the IF and get this message.

If I try to move the on hand quantity of the item to a different bin with a bin transfer, I get this similar looking message.

How do I solve this?

Here is the inventory detail for the item.
