CSV Import of User Notes to Item Record
Hello,
I am trying to import User notes to several item records via CSV import. I am using:
Import type: Communications
Record type: Notes
Import Options: Add
Field Mapping:
Note: Item > item internal ID
Note: Memo > memo text
Note:Date > date for the note
Note:Type>Default value:Note
The imports keep failing with the following error:
Invalid item reference key "39077".
I have double checked this is the correct internal ID, and I have tried it using the item code also but get the same error.
Has anyone done this successfully? What am I missing?
