How do I remove a "sub team" from the Forecast vs Quota Report?

We do not have CRM Sales Teams enabled but have a Sales Rep showing as a team within a team. He appears to be set up like everyone else. He is set up as a Sales Rep and when I change his supervisor the "team" moves.

We are synced with HubSpot. Is it possible there is something on that side?
