Field Help HTML

in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hi! The SuiteAnswers result for this isn't working as instructed and I need help figuring this out for a better UX.

I have a bulleted format to some field help on a custom transaction body field but beginning the code with <html> and ending it with </html> as instructed is not doing anything and the full HTML shows to the user instead of the intended format.

Is there something else I should be doing?

Here's an example of the HTML:
