payments made through a credit card do not appear on the 1099 reports even for 1099 eligible vendors

If a vendor bill is paid using a credit card, it should not be included in the 1099 report, since the credit card company would be responsible for issuing the 1099 to that vendor. Even if the vendor is marked as 1099 eligible, payments made through a credit card do not appear on the 1099 reports.Can we do this using saved search ?
