Undelivered Emails - saved search new item

Hi,
When you customize your view in the "Undelivered Emails" list, did we used to have the checkbox option "Send email alerts when records are created/updated"?

I want to send an email to a few key users if we have a specific result. The only option in that window is the "schedule email".


Did this checkbox has been removed and we need now the use of workflows? I can't seem to find an option in the workflow configuration that would use that view (search).
