Consignment Inventory feature in 2026.1

It appears that the new Consignment Inventory Management feature in 2026.1 can not be enabled if you are using ANY assembly items. we tried to turn on this feature in our pre-release and got this error. We have items we build as well as items we purchase and resell. We need a solution to track consignment inventory. It appears this new feature is a all or nothing feature. Meaning we can not have some items that are consignment if we have any items that are assembly's.

Does anyone have a idea regarding if consignment and assemblies can exist at the same time?
