Role Creation with Custom Segment Restriction

Hello All,

I would like to create a role that has permission for only a specific value from a Custom Segment (custom list).

Could you please advise how we can configure the role so that it has access to only a specific name/value from the Custom Segment.

Please let me know the possible approach.
