Forgotten password - user in multiple accounts
A user at my company has forgotten his password and doesn't have security questions set up. I can't change his password for him because he is connected to multiple accounts. How do I find out what other accounts? He already asked to be removed from the other accounts he knew of. As far as he knows, he now only has access to the company that I am an admin on. If that's true, shouldn't I be able to change his password without receiving the error "Only the user can change this password, as this user has access to more than
