For preparation of Tax filings – summary/reports needed. Are these available in NetSuite?
1.Monthly Sales Summary
Details needed:
- Date
- Customer Name
- TIN of Customer
- Address
- SI/DR number
- Gross amount
- VAT
- Net amount
- Historical data if company name changes
2. Summary List of Local Purchases
Details needed:
- Date
- Supplier's Name (Name of proprietor if individual business)
- TIN of Supplier
- Address
- AT
- SI/OR number
- Gross amount
- VAT
- Net amount
- Account title
3. Purchase Summary (Import) Report
Details needed:
- IED number
- Supplier
- Breakdown of Import Entry Declaration —
- Invoice details of expenses (such as demurrage, trucking, storage fees, unloading)
