Mexico invoices not hitting COGS account

Hello,

We are new to conducting business in Mexico and OneWorld. On top of that our accounting manager is no longer employed with us, so we are learning every they knew.

Does anyone know why invoices in our Mexico subsidiary are not hitting the COGS account?
