SuiteAnswers and The Save button in Advanced PDF/HTML Templates is not working properly

We are facing the following problems:

  1. SuiteAnswers is not working properly — we are unable to access or use it as expected.
  2. The Save button in Advanced PDF/HTML Templates is not functioning — after making changes to templates, the system does not allow us to save them.
