Allocation Issue
Hi,
We have an integration with 3PL systems and use a middleware to connect NetSuite to 3PL. We have order allocation strategies set by sales channel. We have a situation where one order was delivered to customer in full, this we see in the 3PL system. But in the middleware and NetSuite, we see that this order was partially delivered.
The reason being the middleware processed only few of the IF lines and after few hours we have a script that would remove the rest of the line items that were not processed and it did so.
Now we want to create a "dummy" IF in a status that the middleware would not pick up as the entire order has been shipped, but are unable to do so as the items are now backordered.
